A Home Information Pack is a packet of information about an individual property, containing details such as who the
seller is, what is included with the sale, who the local authority is and copies of the title deeds. Also included is an
Energy Performance Certificate that outlines the energy efficiency of the property, and it has a rating from A to G
relating to how much CO2 it emits into the atmosphere.
